Transperth InfoLine

You can call the Transperth InfoLine on 13 62 13 for all Transperth service and ticketing information and general enquiries.

This number is provided at the cost of a local call within the Perth metropolitan area. Higher rates apply from mobile and pay phones. Interstate callers can phone (08) 9428 1900 to receive Transperth information.   

Transperth CommentLine

Passengers can call the Transperth CommentLine on  13 16 08 to provide feedback about Transperth services. We value your feedback as it helps us to continually improve the public transport system in the Perth metropolitan area.

TTY (for hearing impaired)

Passengers with hearing disabilities can call 9428 1999 for all Transperth information. This service is available for people with a hearing impairment who have access to a TTY machine. 

TIS (Translating and Interpreting Service)

If you require an interpreter, please call the Translating and Interpreting Service on 13 14 50 and ask to be connected to 13 62 13 for service information or 13 16 08 for comments or suggestions about Transperth services.
