Assistance dogs onboard Transperth services
Transperth does not currently allow animals onboard Transperth services or on Public Transport Authority infrastructure, except for the following:
- Guide Dog assisting a blind or deaf person.
Guide Dogs, that are permitted on Transperth services must be clearly identified by a suitably marked dog coat or harness.
The passenger must carry a valid photo ID card of the Guide Dog issued by the respective organisation at all times when using public transport.
Guide dogs are not charged a fare for travelling on services.
