All Transperth train lines - train disruptions
To facilitate major works at Perth and Perth Underground stations, passengers are advised that there will be disruptions to train services between 8.00pm on Friday 15 July and last service on Sunday 17 July.
If travelling during this time, passengers are strongly encouraged to read the information below or call the Transperth InfoLine on 13 62 13 (TTY: 9428 1999, TIS: 13 14 50) to find out how your journey is affected.
The work will be completed in two phases.
The phases will have the following impact on train services:
Phase 1: 8.00pm on Friday 15 July – first service on Sunday 17 July
Joondalup Line
Transperth train services between Perth and Stirling will be cancelled from the evening of Friday 15 July until 4.00am on Sunday 17 July.
The last Joondalup full-line services will be:
- To Clarkson departing Perth Underground at 7.45pm
- To Perth Underground departing Clarkson at 7.08pm.
Train replacement buses will depart from Wellington Street Bus Station (Stand 15) and pick up passengers between Perth and Stirling at train replacement stops near stations while services are cancelled.
Mandurah Line
Transperth train services between Perth Underground and Esplanade will be cancelled from the evening of Friday 15 July until 4.00am on Sunday 17 July.
The last Mandurah full-line services will be:
- To Mandurah departing Perth Underground at 7.45pm
- To Perth Underground departing Mandurah at 6.50pm.
Train replacement buses will depart from Wellington Street Bus Station (Stand 15) and drop off passengers at Esplanade Busport. Please note bus services may not connect with trains arriving/departing at Esplanade Station
Fremantle Line
Transperth train services between Perth and West Leederville will be cancelled from the evening of Friday 15 July until 4.00am on Sunday 17 July.
The last Fremantle full-line services will be:
- To Fremantle departing Perth at 7.30pm
- To Perth departing Fremantle at 7.18pm.
Train replacement bus service 906 will depart from Roe St and pick up passengers between Perth and West Leederville at train replacement stops near stations while services are cancelled.
Midland Line
Midland Line services between Perth and Claisebrook will be cancelled from the evening of Friday 15 July until last service on Sunday 17 July.
The last full-line services will be:
- to Midland departing Perth at 7.30pm
- to Perth departing Midland at 7.15pm.
During this period, Train replacement bus service 907 will depart from outside Wellington Street Bus Station near the Wellington St/Horseshoe Bridge intersection. Train replacement buses will pick up passengers between Perth and Claisebrook at train replacement stops near stations while services are cancelled.
Armadale and Thornlie lines
Armadale and Thornlie line services between Perth and Claisebrook will be cancelled from the evening of Friday 15 July until last service on Sunday 17 July.
The last full line services will be:
- to Armadale departing Perth at 7.32pm
- to Thornlie departing Perth at 6.50pm
- to Perth departing Armadale at 7.11pm
- to Perth departing Thornlie at 7.19pm.
Services will operate between Armadale and Claisebrook to a modified timetable which will service all stations, except Thornlie. Train replacement bus service 908 will operate between Cannington and Thornlie while services are cancelled.
Train services from Armadale to Claisebrook will not operate according to timetabled services.

Joondalup and Mandurah lines
Services will operate as normal.
Fremantle Line
Service will operate at the same frequency, but on a new timetable arriving and departing at Perth Underground.

Midland Line
Midland Line services between Perth and Claisebrook will be cancelled.
During this period, Train replacement bus service 907 will depart from outside Wellington Street Bus Station near the Wellington St/Horseshoe Bridge intersection. Train replacement buses will pick up passengers between Perth and Claisebrook at train replacement stops near stations while services are cancelled.
Armadale and Thornlie lines
