Midland Line – Bassendean to Midland service disruption

Effective: Evening Friday 10 – Sunday 12 February 2012
Transperth trains services will be cancelled between Bassendean and Midland stations from the evening of Friday 10 February until last service on Sunday 12 February 2012 to facilitate works at Woodbridge Station.

The last full Midland Line services on Friday 10 February will be:
  • To Midland departing Perth at 7.00pm
  • To Perth departing Midland at 7.30pm
Train Replacement 905 buses will operate at train replacement stops between Bassendean and Midland stations whilst trains are cancelled. Train services will continue to operate between Perth and Bassendean during this closure.

Full Line services will resume with the start of timetabled services Monday 13 February.

Please note that in addition to this disruption, on Sunday 12 February there will be a partial line closure on the Joondalup Line between Perth and Stirling. Click here for more information.

Passengers should allow extra travelling time and be aware that train replacement buses may not connect with timetabled bus and train services.

Surfboards and bicycles are not permitted on Transperth buses, including train replacement services.
