Maddington Station - Platform works
Effective Monday 12 November 2012
From Monday 12 November 2012 until mid-2013, upgrade works at Maddington will disrupt pedestrian access. Train services will continue to operate at Maddington Station as normal.
The works occurring at Maddington involves levelling and resurfacing the platform by removing the old bitumen surface, installing improved drainage and laying new paving.
The Maddington Station upgrade is to bring the station in line with current accessibility and safety standards. While all our new stations comply with current Disability Standards for Accessible Public Transport, some of the older stations require work to enhance their functionality.
