UPDATE - Website server maintenance
Effective: Sunday 27 July 2008
On Sunday 27 July 2008, the Transperth website will be unavailable between 10am-12noon due to routine server maintenance. During this period passengers will not be able to access the Transperth website or the 136213.mobi site. Passengers will be able to call the Transperth InfoLine to plan their journey during the outage and are encouraged to plan any journeys well in advance.
The server holding SmartRider data will undergo maintenance between 4pm and 10pm.
During the SmartRider server maintenance, passengers will not be able to access their SmartRider balance or transaction history via the Transperth InfoLine, InfoCentre, 136213.mobi or the Transperth website.
This maintenance will not affect travelling passengers validating their SmartRider cards during this period. Passengers are asked to tag on and off services as normal.
