Fremantle Line - service disruption

Effective: Friday 28 November until Monday 1 December 2008

Transperth train services between Claremont Showgrounds and Fremantle will be cancelled from the evening of Friday 28 November until Monday 1 December 2008 due to maintenence work taking place at the Salvado Rd level crossing.

The last Fremantle Line trains to depart on Friday 28 November 2008 will be:

• to Fremantle departing Perth at 7.00pm 
• to Perth departing Fremantle at 7.31pm.

Fremantle Line services will resume from the start of timetabled services on Monday 1 December 2008.

Train replacement bus service 906 will pick up commuters between Claremont Showgrounds and Fremantle at the train replacement stops near train stations while services are cancelled. Normal train services will operate between Perth and Claremont Showgrounds.

Passengers should allow extra travelling time and be aware that train replacement buses may not connect with other bus and train services.

Surfboards and bicycles are not permitted on Transperth buses.
