From Sunday 31 October 2010, select Route 282 services deviating via Lesmurdie Village Shopping Centre will be withdrawn due to low patronage. These deviating services will be replaced with normal Route 282 services. Also, passengers are advised that routes 282 and 283 will undergo timetable changes to improve service reliability.

From Monday 18 October 2010, School Special 719 servicing Darling Range Sports College will undergo route changes, extending to Midland Station.
From Monday 18 October 2010, Afternoon School Special 750, travelling from Governor Stirling Senior High School to Bassendean Station, will undergo a timetable change to improve connection times at Bassendean Station.
New Pay’n’Display car parks will open on Monday 18 October at Kwinana Station. Note that parking will be provided free of charge for the first two weeks. A fee of $2 per week day applies from Monday 1 November 2010.
From Monday 11 October 2010, weekday Fremantle train (A Pattern) service departing Perth Station at 8.17am will undergo a timetable change and will now depart two minutes earlier at 8.15am.
From Monday 11 October 2010, there will be major upgrades to weekday operating hours for Yellow CAT services.
