471 Temporary route change

Effective 11 February 2007

Transperth wishes to advise that from Sunday 11 February 2007, route 471 will be altered due to the extension of the Mitchell Freeway and associated road closures.

During this closure route 471 will operate its normal route from Burns Beach to Moore Dr and then via right Christchurch Tce and left Shenton Av to resume its normal route into Joondalup. The reverse will apply for services travelling from Joondalup (i.e. Shenton Ave, right Christchurch Tce, left Moore Dr to resume normal route).

The service will not pick up or set down passengers at stops along Moore Dr to the east of Christchurch Tce or at existing bus stops on Joondalup Dr between Moore Dr and Shenton Ave. The service will pick up and set down at bus stops on Shenton Ave between Christchurch Tce and Joondalup Dr.

Service will resume normal route on 22 October 2007.

There will be no change to the trip times of route 471.
