The 'SmartRider Guide' can be obtained in hard copy by visiting any Transperth InfoCentre or authorised SmartRider Retail Outlet. Alternatively you can contact the Transperth Infoline on 13 62 13 (TTY: 9428 1999) to arrange for one to be posted to you.

SmartRider forms

Once SmartRider is fully operational the following forms will be in use. They will be available at all Transperth InfoCentres and Transperth Retail Sales Outlets or can be downloaded from the links provided below.

Application for Tertiary SmartRider (Metropolitan)	Application for a tertiary concession SmartRider for full-time students attending non-participating tertiary institutions in the metropolitan area.
