Midland Line - service disruption
Effective: From 8.00pm on Monday 1 June until Thursday 11 June 2009
Transperth train services between Bassendean and Midland will be cancelled on the evenings of Monday 1 June until Thursday 11 June 2009 due to track upgrade works.
Train services will be disrupted as follows:
Monday 1 June to Friday 5 June and Monday 8 June to Thursday 11 June
The last full Midland Line services to depart on the above mentioned evenings will be:
- to Midland departing Perth at 7.00pm
- to Perth departing Midland at 7.30pm.
Saturday 6 June
The last full Midland Line services to depart on the above mentioned evening will be:
- to Midland departing Perth at 7.00pm
- to Perth departing Midland at 7.30pm.
Sunday 7 June
The last full Midland Line services to depart on the above mentioned evening will be:
- to Midland departing Perth at 7.00pm
- to Perth departing Midland at 7.30pm.
Train replacement bus service 905 will shuttle passengers between Bassendean and Midland at the train replacement stops near train stations while services are cancelled.
Normal Midland Line services will resume with the start of timetabled services each morning.
Passengers should allow extra travelling time and be aware that train replacement buses may not connect with timetabled bus and train services.
Surfboards and bicycles are not permitted on Transperth buses, including train replacement services.
