UPDATE: Fremantle and Midland Line - service disruption 

Effective: From 10.00pm on Saturday 27 June until last service on Sunday 28 June 2009   

From 10.00pm on Saturday 27 June until last service on Sunday 28 June 2009, Fremantle and Midland Line services will not depart from their regular platforms at McIver and Perth Stations. This is due to work being undertaken by the Water Corporation between McIver and Perth Stations.

Passengers should note the updated information regarding Midland Line services departing McIver Station.

Services will operate as follows during this time: 

At Perth Station

Fremantle and Midland Line services will operate as follows during this period:

  • Fremantle Line services will operate from platforms 7 and 9. Passengers are advised to listen to station announcements and refer to Passenger Information Displays on platforms as to which platform their service will be departing from.
  • Midland Line services will depart from platform 6.

At McIver Station

Midland Line services will operate as follows at McIver Station during this period:

  • To Perth from McIver Station: Services will depart from platform 1
  • To Midland from McIver Station: Services will depart from platform 2.

Passengers are advised that there will be no through running services between Midland and Fremantle during this period. Passengers will be required to disembark at Perth Station and transfer to their next train service.
