Transperth InfoLine 13 62 13 – Local call from a landline. Higher rates apply for mobiles and pay phones. Fares, timetables, ticketing, lost property, general enquiries and feedback.
Monday – Thursday - 5.00am to 12.30am 
Friday and Saturday - 5.00am to 2.00am 
Sunday and Public Holidays - 5.00am to 12.00am
Emergencies 08 9220 9999 Use this if you feel threatened or to report any incident a transit officer should attend, for example anti-social behavior on a Transperth service.
Special assistance at stations 1800 800 022  - We answer calls from first service to last service, seven days a week.

For people with mobility issues or a vision impairment.
Call at least one hour in advance if you need special assistance at a train station.
