Lost something? We’re here to help.
If you’ve lost an item while using our services, you can call the Transperth InfoLine on 13 62 13 or submit an enquiry using the Lost Property form below. Once you contact us, we’ll check our records to see if we have your item. If we do, we’ll reach out to arrange a time and place for collection.
Lost property is securely stored off site, so you’ll need to arrange an appointment in advance to collect your lost property. Without an appointment, we may not be able access your item. Our Customer Service team will help you arrange a time to collect your item at a convenient location.
Please note that you must bring photo identification to collect your item, such as a driver’s license, so we can ensure it is returned to its rightful owner.
We hold lost items for 30 days, after which they are disposed of. Transperth disposes of unclaimed lost property as sustainably as possible.
