Contacting Transperth
Transperth is committed to providing passengers with information in a way that people wish to receive it. Listed below are several ways of contacting Transperth for service information and to provide your feedback.
Transperth information and feedback services
Passengers can call the Transperth InfoLine on 13 62 13 for all Transperth service and ticketing information, to provide feedback about Transperth services and general enquiries.
This number is provided at the cost of a local call within the Perth metropolitan area. Higher rates apply from mobile and pay phones. Interstate callers can phone (08) 9428 1900 to receive Transperth information.
InfoLine operating hours
- Monday - Thursday: 5.00am to 12.30am
- Friday and Saturday: 5.00am to 2.00am
- Sunday and Public Holidays: 5.00am to 12.00am

Special assistance at stations
- TTY users requiring special assistance at stations need to call 1800 555 677 and ask for 1800 800 022.
- Speak and Listen users requiring special assistance at stations need to phone 1300 555 727 then ask for 1800 800 022

Special assistance at stations
Passengers can call 1800 800 022 if they require special assistance at stations. Customer Service staff are available at all stations to assist passengers accessing the Transperth network. Call at least one hour ahead of your journey to receive personal assistance from one of our Customer Service staff. Lines are manned from first service to last service, 7 days a week.
Translating and interpreting service
If you require an interpreter, please call the Translating and Interpreting Service on 13 14 50 and ask to be connected to 13 62 13 for service information or suggestions about Transperth services.

Traffic Management
The Public Transport Authority requests that government agencies, event organisers and traffic management companies notify Transperth of any works or events that may impact Transperth services as soon as they are scheduled. This will ensure Transperth can plan alternative routes for services and provide timely advice to passengers.
