Recovering your lost property 

All lost property items found on Transperth services and at stations are collected and recorded into a lost property system.  Passengers looking to reclaim lost property can submit this lost property form or call the Transperth InfoLine on 13 62 13 (TTY: 9428 1999, TIS: 13 14 50).

If your item has been found and entered into the system, you will be given the necessary details to arrange collection. You will be advised if your property has not been recovered.

If it is vital that the lost property is recovered (e.g. medication, wallet/purse or legal documents) please contact the Transperth InfoLine directly on 13 62 13. All other items such as mobiles, umbrellas, shopping, toys, etc are not treated with as much priority as these urgent items.
