Transperth is the easy, simple way to attend many sporting fixtures, concerts and other events. Check the information below before planning your journey.



MSWA Ocean Ride

If you're taking part in this years MSWA Ocean Ride public transport is included in your event registration. Simply show your registration confirmation or wear your ride bib to travel on any Transperth train on the day until 3pm.

Special event early morning trains will be operating from specific stations to get you to Fremantle Station.

Paul McCartney

Heading to nib Stadium to see Paul McCartney? Avoid the parking hassles and take Transperth instead. Public transport is included in your ticket and Claisebrook Station is only a short walk from the stadium. Gates open at 5.30pm.

Included travel for events

Some event organisers and venues include Transperth travel to and from the event in their ticket price. In some cases, event organisers may also arrange for us to provide additional bus or train services for people attending the event.

If you are going to an event, please check the travel options and plan your journey in advance to avoid inconvenience on the day. If your event is joint ticketed, you are entitled to travel on any Transperth service for three hours before, during and three hours after the event, or until end of service, whichever occurs first.

Please note paid parking has been extended to include all parking bays at Transperth train stations. This means when you park at a Transperth train station it will cost you $2 a day, or for any part of, between 5am and 9pm on weekdays. If your event is joint ticketed and you plan to park at a train station, you will need to use the Pay 'n' Display option to pay for parking. See Paid Parking for more information.
