Event & ticket information

Your ticket to the rugby includes travel on all Transperth services for three hours before, during and three hours after the event*. Simply show your membership card or ticket to the driver or inspector.

*Patrons collecting tickets at Subiaco Oval are entitled to travel from the game only. Post-event travel is subject to last timetabled service.

Trains

To game
Catch the train to West Leederville Station. Train services will operate on all lines to a FRIDAY TIMETABLE, with shuttle services to West Leederville from 6.02pm.

From Perth Train Station: Rugby specials from platform 7: departing on a regular basis between 6.04pm and 6.52pm.
Special notice to rugby passengers: Rugby passengers are asked to only catch specials from platform 7 and not normal services departing from platform 8. 
Special notice to regular passengers: Between 5.55pm and 6.45pm all Fremantle trains will depart from platform 8.

Mandurah Line passengers: As all railcars are servicing the evening peak period, there will be no direct services from Mandurah to West Leederville Station before the game. Mandurah Line rugby passengers can transfer at Perth Station and board the rugby special departing from platform 7. Services depart Mandurah on a 10 minute frequency. Services from Cockburn Central depart on a 5 minute frequency.
Special notice to regular passengers: Regular Mandurah Line passengers travelling from Perth between 6.00pm and 7.00pm are advised to board their service at Esplanade Station and not Perth Underground Station to avoid the rugby crowds. Regular Joondalup Line passengers travelling from Perth between 6.00pm and 7.00pm are advised to board their service at Perth Underground Station and not Esplanade Station to avoid the rugby crowds.

From game

Normal timetabled services will operate on the Fremantle Line, with shuttle services from West Leederville from 8.50pm.

Mandurah Line Shuttles: Departing West Leederville Western Platform. Mandurah Line special services travel express to Canning Bridge Station then ‘All Stops’ to Mandurah Station. The Mandurah Line special services depart at 9.05pm and 9.11pm. Following these special services, passengers will need to catch shuttles or normal timetabled services from West Leederville Station and transfer at Perth Station.
Perth Shuttles (Armadale/Thornlie, Joondalup and Midland Lines): Departing West Leederville Station. Travels ‘All Stops’ to Perth Station with transfers as follows:

Joondalup Line: Perth Underground (enter from the underpass at Perth Station – west end of Platform 2).
9.15pm (Platform 1): Clarkson timetabled service - 3 cars
9.20pm (Platform 1): Rugby special service – 6 cars
9.45pm (Platform 1): Clarkson timetabled service – 3 cars

Armadale Line: Platform 5, Perth Station   
9.18pm (Platform 5): Rugby special service ALL STOPS – 4 cars
9.32pm (Platform 5): Armadale timetabled service C PATTERN – 2 cars
10.02pm (Platform 5): Armadale timetabled service C PATTERN – 2 cars

Thornlie Line: Platform 4, Perth Station
9.21pm (Platform 4): Thornlie timetabled service – 4 cars   
9.51pm (Platform 4): Thornlie timetabled service – 2 cars   

Midland Line: Platform 9, Perth Station
9.00pm (Platform 9): Midland Timetabled service – 4 cars
9.10pm (Platform 9): Rugby special service – 4 cars
9.30pm (Platform 9): Midland Timetabled service – 2 cars

Fremantle Line: Departing West Leederville Station. Trains operating as 4 car sets will bypass Loch and Grant St Station, regular timetabled services will stop at these locations.

Buses

To game
From Curtin University Bus Station (Stand 7): Bus number 615. Departing at 6.05pm. 
From Karrinyup Shopping Centre (Stand 5): Bus number 616.  Departing at 5.50pm and 6.05pm.
From Morley Bus Station (Stand B2): Bus number 611. Departing at 5.50pm and 6.05pm.

From game

After the match, rugby special buses will depart from the following locations:
Haydn Bunton Dr: To Morley and Karrinyup (both near Market Square).
Roberts Rd: To Curtin (near Kitchener Park).
Last buses leave 20 minutes after the completion of the match.
