Travel to the Skyworks with Transperth

Transperth is pleased to provide additional train and bus services for the Lotterywest Skyworks.

Train services

All trains will operate on a SUNDAY/PUBLIC HOLIDAY TIMETABLE with additional trains from 4.15pm. On the completion of the Lotterywest Skyworks at 9.30pm, a frequent train service will operate on all lines from the city.

Special notice to Fremantle Line passengers: Train services from 8.45am on 26 January until 12.27am on 27 January 2007 will bypass Loch and Grant St Stations. Maxi Taxi services will pick up and set down passengers at train replacement bus stops between Loch St and Karrakatta Stations, and Swanbourne and Grant St Stations.

Bus services

All buses will operate on a SUNDAY/PUBLIC HOLIDAY TIMETABLE. A number of bus services will be required to deviate from their normal route due to road closures in the city, South Perth and Kings Park. Delays are expected, so please be patient.

As well as normal timetabled services, Transperth will operate additional services to and from Skyworks 2007.

No additional services will operate from the city to or from Kings Park and South Perth due to traffic congestion and road closures.

CAT services

Perth CAT services do not operate on public holidays.

Ferry services

Ferry services will operate on a SUNDAY/PUBLIC HOLIDAY TIMETABLE from 7.50am to 12.30pm ONLY.

Please note that both Mend St Jetty and the Transperth section of Barrack St Jetty will be closed to the public after this time.

Ferry services will not operate after the Lotterywest Skyworks due to the closure of the Swan River.

Important Information

Transperth services will be in high demand before and after the Lotterywest Skyworks. Delays are expected, so please be patient.

Alcohol must not be consumed on Transperth services.
