*Transperth may issue an unrestricted ticket, at its discretion, to a person who does not work in a supported employment setting but receives a disability support pension, and who has a physical or intellectual impairment such that they cannot understand the fare structure, handle cash or use the SmartRider ticketing system. Application can be made by a Transperth approved organisation on behalf of the person concerned for the issue of an Unrestricted Half-Yearly Ticket. An original signed medical certificate confirming the person’s disability and incapacity to use normal ticketing must support applications. Please note that there is a cost involved with the monthly and half yearly tickets.
