When you use this form, the Public Transport Authority (PTA) collects the personal information you provide and the information in your engagement request. This collection is subject to the Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act 2024 and our Privacy Statement.

We collect your name, contact details organisation details and travelling group information so we can receive, assess, and respond to your engagement request;  advise the most appropriate journey for your group, advise frontline staff of your group’s movements and for related record-keeping, reporting and quality assurance activities.

Providing information through this form is voluntary. However, if you do not provide enough information, we may be unable to properly review your request or contact you about it.

Your information may be used and disclosed within the PTA and, where necessary, to contractors and service providers (for example, transport operators and organisations that help us manage engagement requests) so your request can be actioned. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.

Information provided to PTA is subject to the Freedom of Information Act 1992. You can request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you by contacting us.
