Airport, Armadale, Ellenbrook, Midland and Thornlie-Cockburn Lines Disruption

The Airport, Armadale, Ellenbrook, Midland and Thornlie-Cockburn lines will be disrupted to facilitate Optus Stadium services for the BBL (Perth Scorchers v Hobart Hurricanes) on Friday 26 December.

Services will be disrupted as follows:

McIver Station will be closed from approximately 8.45pm until 10.45pm. Passengers can catch a timetabled bus from Wellington St.

Airport Line

• Trains will not operate between Perth and Claremont from approximately 7.57pm until 11.32pm. During this time, passengers will need to transfer to the Fremantle Line.
• Trains will not operate between Perth and Bayswater from approximately 8.27pm until 11.30pm. During this time, passengers will need to transfer to the Midland or Ellenbrook lines.
• Platform 3 (to Perth) at Claisebrook and McIver stations will be closed from approximately 4.10pm until 6.00pm. Passengers will need to catch the Armadale Line on Platform 1 at either station during this time.

Armadale Line

• Platform 1 (to Perth) at Claisebrook Station will be closed from approximately 8.35pm until 11.05pm. Passengers will need to catch the Midland or Ellenbrook lines on Platform 3 during this time.

Ellenbrook and Midland Lines

• Platform 3 (to Perth) at Claisebrook and McIver stations will be closed from approximately 4.10pm until 6.00pm. Passengers will need to catch the Armadale Line on Platform 1 at either station during this time.

Thornlie-Cockburn Line

• Trains to Cockburn Central will run express from Perth to Perth Stadium, then express to Carlisle and then all stops to Cockburn Central from approximately 3.12pm until 11.27pm. Trains will not stop at McIver, Claisebrook, Burswood and Victoria Park stations during this time.
• Trains to Perth will stop all stations from Cockburn Central to Carlisle, then express to Perth Stadium and then express to Perth Station from approximately 4.20pm until 12.35am. Trains will not stop at Victoria Park, Burswood, Claisebrook or McIver stations during this time.
• To access the above stations during these times, passengers will need to transfer to the Armadale Line.
