School Service Changes - 5 July Sun 05 Jul From Sunday 5 July, there will be changes to some school services across the Transperth network. The below schools will undergo changes. Students intending to travel to school via public transport should: Plan your journey prior to school starting. The JourneyPlanner will be updated with the new school services two weeks prior to school starting. Remember to change the date in the JourneyPlanner to the first day of school and make sure 'School Bus' is selected Obtain a Student SmartRider or ensure you have exact cash to purchase a ticket, as bus drivers aren't currently giving change Not every school will undergo changes, however all students should plan their journey before starting the new school term. School Service Changes Piara Waters Senior High School Route 523 The morning Route 523 trip that extends to Piara Waters Senior High School, will now depart Cockburn Station 5 minutes earlier at 7.56am. Lumen Chisti College Route 233 The morning and afternoon Route 233 trips that serve Lumen Christi College will now operate express between Gosnells Station and the College School Special 758 The morning School Special 758 trip will now commence at Kelmscott Station at 8.15am, and will not serve Armadale Station, Fourth Ave, Church Ave or Railway Ave. Passengers will need to travel on the Armadale Train Line or other Transperth bus services to Kelmscott Station and then transfer onto the School Special 758 bus service to complete their journey. Alternatively, passengers can travel to Gosnells Station and transfer onto select Route 215, 228 or 233 trips that extend to the College. These options will likely provide a faster journey. Kelmscott Senior High School Route 243 Will operate an earlier weekday trip departing Armadale Station at 7.32am Route 245 The morning weekday trip that departs Armadale Station at 7.49am and arrives at Kelmscott Station at 8.16am, will now extend express to Kelmscott Senior High School on school days only School Special 758 Morning and afternoon School Special 758 trips will no longer serve Kelmscott Senior High School. Passengers will need to use the Armadale Train Line and other Transperth bus services to travel to and from the school. John Calvin Christian College Route 243 Will operate a new school days only trip to Armadale Station departing John Calvin Christian College (Stop 23865) at 3.15pm Will operate an earlier weekday trip departing Armadale Station at 7.32am Cecil Andrew College Route 243 Will operate an earlier weekday trip departing Armadale Station at 7.32am John Wallaston Anglican Community School School Special 758 The morning School Special 758 trip will now commence at Kelmscott Station at 8:15am, instead of Armadale Station and will not serve Fourth Ave, Church Ave or Railway Ave. Passengers will need to travel on the Armadale Train Line or other Transperth bus services to Kelmscott Station and then transfer onto the School Special 758 bus service. The afternoon School Special 758 trip will now terminate at Kelmscott Station and will no longer extend to Armadale Station. Passengers can use the Armadale Train Line or regular Transperth bus services to complete their journey. Stand Changes The following stations will undergo stand changes: Morley Station Route 352 will depart from stand 6 Midland Station Route 307 will depart from stand 6 Galleria Bus Station Route 20 will depart from stand 16 Route 40 will depart from stand 9 Route 351 will depart from stand 14 Route 352 will depart from stand 15 Route 353 will depart from stand 10 Route 354 will depart from stand 11 Route 355 will depart from stand 12 Route 356 will depart from stand 12 Route 361 will depart from stand 16 Route 975 Services travelling to Warwick Station will depart from stand 13 at Galleria Bus station.
