Transperth Network - Bus Service Changes

From Sunday 19 July the following changes will occur:

St Georges Tce Stand Changes

Routes 24, 27, 32, 33, 38, 72, 75, 103, 111, 160, 177, 178, 179, 282, 283, 286, 287, 288, 295, 298, 910, 930 and 935 will undergo stand changes on St Georges Tce.

Services will change as follows:

WESTBOUND

Routes 24 and 27

Will now service the following stops:

  • Stop 10086 (St Georges Tce Stand S - after Sherwood Ct)
  • Stop 10090 (St Georges Tce Stand S - after William St).

The following stops will no longer be serviced:

  • Stop 10085 (St Georges Tce Stand T - after Sherwood Ct)
  • Stop 10089 (St Georges Tce Stand O T - after William St).

Route 26

Will service the following stops:

  • Stop 10079 (St Georges Tce Stand S - after Irwin St) 
  • Stop 10086 (St Georges Tce Stand S - after Sherwood Ct)
  • Stop 10090 (St Georges Tce Stand S - after William St).

Routes 32, 33, 72, 75, 177, 178, 179 and 930

Will now service the following stop:

  • Stop 10089 (St Georges Tce Stand R - after William St).

The following stop will no longer be serviced:

  • Stop 10085 (St Georges Tce Stand R S - after Sherwood Ct).

Routes 103 and 935

Will now service the following stop:

  • Stop 10086 (St Georges Tce Stand S - after Sherwood Ct).

The following stop will no longer be serviced:

  • Stop 10085 (St Georges Tce Stand R S - after Sherwood Ct).

Routes 286, 287 and 295

Will now service the following stops:

  • Stop 10076 (St Georges Tce Stand N - after Irwin St)
  • Stop 10082 (St Georges Tce Stand N - before Barrack St).

The following stops will no longer be serviced:

  • Stop 10078 (St Georges Tce Stand O P - after Irwin St)
  • Stop 10084 (St Georges Tce Stand O P - after Barrack St).

Route 910

Will now service the following stops:

  • Stop 10085 (St Georges Tce Stand T - after Sherwood Ct)
  • Stop 10089 (St Georges Tce Stand O T - after William St).

The following stops will no longer be serviced:

  • Stop 10086 (St Georges Tce Stand T - after Sherwood Ct)
  • Stop 10090 (St Georges Tce Stand O S T - after William St).

EASTBOUND

Routes 24, 27, 103, 111 and 160

Will now service the following stop:

  • Stop 10121 (St Georges Tce Stand C - before William St).

The following stop will no longer be serviced:

  • Stop 10119 (St Georges Tce Stand B E - before William St).

Route 26

Will now service the following stops:

  • Stop 10121 (St Georges Tce Stand B C - before William St)
  • Stop 10126 (St Georges Tce Stand B D - after William St)
  • Stop 10130 (St Georges Tce Stand B - before Pier St)
  • Stop 10133 (St Georges Tce  Stand B E - after Irwin St).

Route 38, 288 and 298

Will now service the following stops:

  • Stop 10119 (St Georges Tce Stand B E - before William St).
  • Stop 10123 (St Georges Tce Stand AEF - after William St)
  • Stop 10128 (St Georges Tce Stand E F - before Pier St)
  • Stop 10133 (St Georges Tce  Stand B E F - after Irwin St).

The following stops will no longer be serviced:

  • Stop 10121 (St Georges Tce Stand C - before William St)
  • Stop 10124 (St Georges Tce Stand C - after William St)
  • Stop 10131 (St Georges Tce Stand C - before Irwin St)
  • Stop 10134 (St Georges Tce Stand A C D - before Victoria Av).

Routes 282 and 283

Will now service the following stop:

  • Stop 10119 (St Georges Tce Stand E - before William St).

The following stops will no longer be serviced:

  • Stop 10118 (St Georges Tce Stand A F before William St).

New Route 26

Route 26 will be introduced providing an improved service between Perth, QEII Medical Centre and Hollywood Private Hospital.

With the introduction of Route 26 a large number of Route 103 trips will be withdrawn and replaced by trips on the Route 26.

Route 26 will extend at school times to Shenton College. 

The service will run:

  • Every 10-15 minutes on weekdays 
  • Every 60 minutes on weekends.

Routes 23, 24, 25, 27, 28 and 103

Route 23 

  • Will undergo time changes with one less trip running due to poor patronage.

Route 24 

  • Will undergo minor time changes.

Route 25 

  • Will undergo time changes with fewer trips running due to poor patronage west of QEII Medical Centre
  • Will undergo a minor route change in Nedlands to better serve Hollywood Private Hospital and coordinate with new Route 26.

Route 27 

  • Will undergo time changes
  • Bedbrook Place deviations will no longer run, as requested by Arthritis WA
  • Will operate one additional trip in the afternoon from East Perth. 

Route 28 

  • Will undergo time changes with additional afternoon trips for Perth Modern School.

Route 103 

  • Will undergo time changes with fewer trips running due to poor patronage west of QEII Medical Centre
  • Most trips will also be replaced by new Route 26
  • Will undergo route change in East Perth. Services will terminate on Terrace Rd alongside Route 26.
     

Routes 32, 33, 38 and 39

Route 32 

  • Will undergo time changes with two fewer Saturday evening trips running due to poor patronage
  • Will extend, at school times, to Como Secondary College

Route 33

  • Will undergo time changes with fewer trips running due to poor patronage.

Route 38 

  • Will undergo time changes.

Route 39 

  • Will undergo time changes with one fewer Saturday evening trip running due to poor patronage
  • Will run an additional trip for Belmont City College.

Routes 111, 150, 160, 501, 502, 522, 530, 770 and 910

Route 111

  • Will undergo time changes with fewer services operating in off-peak periods
  • Passengers who normally catch this service can instead catch Route 910. 

Route 150

  • Will be renumbered to Route 160.

Route 160

  • Will undergo major time changes and a route change
  • Will undergo a route change in East Perth, with the terminus moving to Hale Rd adjacent to the WACA ground (Route 26 and 103 will continue to service Terrace Rd)
  • Route 160 will also undergo a minor route change in Willagee. Services travelling past Webber Reserve will become a deviation to the regular route.

Route 501 

  • Will be renumbered to high-frequency Route 915
  • Will undergo time changes with additional trips running, particularly at school peak times
  • Will now appear on Timetable 212.

Route 502

  • Will run an additional trip for John Curtin College of the Arts

Route 522

  • Will be withdrawn and replaced with an additional trip on Route 532 and new Route 770.

Route 530 

  • Will run an additional afternoon trip tailored for Emmanuel Catholic College.

Route 770

  • Will operate the same route as the withdrawn 522 and will service Workpower
  • The morning service will depart Cockburn Central Station at 7.28am arriving at Port Pirie St at 8.15am
  • The afternoon service will depart Port Pirie St at 3.19pm arriving at Cockburn Central at 4.02pm.

Route 910

  • Will undergo time changes and operate with additional services. 

Routes 281, 284, 285, 288, 298, 380 and 935

Route 281 

  • Will run an additional morning service for Lesmurdie Senior High School.

Route 284 

  • Will undergo time changes and a route change in Bentley 
  • Will undergo stand changes at Curtin Central Bus Station.

Routes 285, 288, 298 and 935 

  • Will undergo time changes.

Route 380 

  • Will undergo time changes with fewer trips running due to poor patronage.

School Specials

School Special 701

  • The trip departing St Hilda’s Girls School at 3.40pm (via Iona Presentation College) will be withdrawn and replaced by an additional Route 107 trip
  • The additional Route 107 trip will depart from St Hilda’s Girls School at 3.40pm arriving at Fremantle Station at 4.08pm
  • The two trips departing Iona Presentation College at 3.35pm (via Iona Primary School) will continue unchanged.

School Special 709

  • School Special 709 will undergo a time change to depart Iona Primary School at the earlier time of 3.29pm arriving at Claremont Station at 3.48pm
  • This bus will then continue as Route 27 to East Perth via  Mt Claremont, departing at 3.50pm
  • Please note that some stops previously served by Route 709 will not be served by Route 27. Students can instead connect with Route 28 at 3.49pm.

School Special 711 

  • School Special 711 will be renumbered to Route 107 with trips running on school days only
  • Route 107 will depart from Presbyterian Ladies College at 3.35pm arriving at Claremont Station at 3.50pm
  • This bus will then continue as Route 102 to Elizabeth Quay Bus Station via Stirling Hwy, departing at 3.52pm. 

School Special 729 (Servicing Walliston Primary School and St Brigid’s College)

  • Will no longer service Walliston Primary School due to poor patronage
  • The morning service will terminate at St Brigid's Collge 
  • The afternoon service will commence at St Brigid’s College

School Special 771 (Swan View Senior High School)

  • School Special 771 departing Swan View Senior High School at 2.58pm will be withdrawn
  • The service will be replaced by a Route 325 to Midland Station 
  • Route 325 will depart Swan View Senior High School Stop 15270 (Gladstone Av - Swan View High School) at 2.58pm.
