To get where you want to go without the fuss it's important to know of any service disruptions.

Joondalup Line Nightly Perth Underground to Whitfords Closures

Mon 28 Nov - Thu 01 Dec

Trains on the Joondalup Line will be cancelled between Perth Underground and Whitfords station each night from Monday 28 November until Thursday 1 December, in order to facilitate maintenance works.

The last full line services on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights will depart:

  • Perth Underground: 8.38pm
  • Butler Station: 7.56pm.

The last full line services on Thursday will depart:

  • Perth Underground: 11.45pm
  • Butler Station: 11.03pm.

Full train services will resume from the start of timetabled services each morning.

Train Replacement Buses

Train replacement bus Route 904 will run between Perth Underground and Whitfords Station while trains are cancelled.

Route 904 will operate from Zone A at Perth Busport.

Trains will continue to run between Whitfords and Butler stations.

Passengers should allow extra travelling time and be aware that replacement buses may not connect with timetabled bus and train services.

Remember to plan your journey; the train replacement bus timetable will be available via the Transperth app and JourneyPlanner.

You can also use the Transperth app to track your replacement bus in real time.

Bikes and eRideables on board buses

Due to space restrictions, bicycles are not permitted on Transperth buses, including train replacement services. There are also restrictions on carrying eRideables and scooters on board.
