CircleRoute Service Changes Sun 01 Nov From Sunday 1 November, there will be significant changes to the existing CircleRoute. The CircleRoute will be split into four separate bus routes to align with the opening of the new Fremantle Traffic Bridge. The four new bus routes will improve network performance, providing a more efficient service for passengers, including better connection times at Stirling Station and Murdoch Station. Routes 996, 997, 998 and 999 will now make up the new CircleRoute. The changes will mean some passengers may need to transfer between buses if travelling through Stirling Station and Curtin University Bus Station, with buses timed to connect where possible. Passengers are encouraged to plan their journey and familiarise themselves with these new services. Information regarding service changes can be found here. Routes 998 and 999 (existing CircleRoute) Will be withdrawn and replaced with new Routes 996, 997, 998 and 999 to improve reliability and minimise late running following customer feedback. New Route 996 Will operate between Fremantle Station and Stirling Station via Claremont Station, University of WA, QEII Medical Centre and Shenton Park Station Will no longer service the following stops: 29647 (Stirling Hwy After Harvest Rd) 29648 (Stirling Hwy After Tydeman Rd) Will operate via Queen Victoria Street and the new Fremantle Traffic Bridge, following the same route between Fremantle Station and Stirling Station as the route 998 and 999 bus services did prior to the closure of the Fremantle Traffic Bridge. Will undergo time changes compared to previous Route 998 and 999 services, and will operate: Every 5-15 minutes during peak periods Every 15 minutes during the day Every 15-30 minutes during the evening Services to Stirling Station will depart: Fremantle Station Stand 9 (Stop 10436) Claremont Station Stand 2 (Stop 28525) Shenton Park Station Stand 2 (Stop 11515) Passengers continuing through Stirling Station will need to transfer to new Route 997 departing from Stand 5 (Stop 11539) Services to Fremantle Station will depart: Stirling Station Stand 4 (Stop 11540) Shenton Park Station Stand 1 (Stop 11496) Claremont Station Stand 5 (Stop 28529) Passengers continuing through Fremantle Station will need to transfer to new Route 999 from Stand 7 (Stop 10434). New Route 997 Will operate between Stirling Station and Galleria Bus Station via Dianella Plaza Shopping Centre Will operate the same route and serve the same bus stops as the current routes 998 and 999 between Stirling Station and Galleria Bus Station Will undergo time changes compared to the current Route 998 and 999 services, and will operate: Every 10-15 minutes during peak periods Every 15 minutes during the day Every 15-30 minutes during the evening Services to Galleria Bus Station will depart: Stirling Station Stand 5 (Stop 11539) Passengers continuing through Galleria Bus Station will need to transfer to new Route 998 departing from Stand 1 (Stop 11360) Services to Stirling Station will depart: Galleria Bus Station Stand 4 (Stop 28725) Passengers continuing through Stirling Station will need to transfer to new Route 996 from Stand 4 (Stop 11540). New Route 998 Will operate between Galleria Bus Station and Curtin University Bus Station via Bayswater Station, Belmont Forum Shopping Centre and Oats Street Station Will operate the same route and serve the same bus stops as current routes 998 and 999 between Galleria Bus Station and Curtin University Bus Station Will undergo time changes compared to the current Route 998 and 999 services, and will operate: Every 10-15 minutes during peak periods Every 15 minutes during the day Every 15-30 minutes during the evening Services to Curtin University Bus Station will depart: Galleria Bus Station Stand 1 (Stop 11360) Bayswater Station Stand 2 (Stop 11627) Oats Street Station Stand 1 (Stop 29547) Passengers continuing through Curtin University Bus Station will need to transfer to new Route 999 departing from new Stand 9 (Stop 11698) Services to Galleria Bus Station will depart: Curtin University Bus Station new Stand 1 (Stop 11248) Oats Street Station Stand 7 (Stop 29544) Bayswater Station Stand 1 (Stop 11350) Passengers continuing through Galleria Bus Station will need to transfer to new Route 997 from Stand 4 (Stop 28725). New Route 999 Will operate between Fremantle and Curtin University Bus Station via Murdoch University, Murdoch Station and Southlands Boulevard Shopping Centre. Will operate the same route and serve the same bus stops as the current routes 998 and 999 between Fremantle Station and Curtin University Bus Station Will undergo time changes compared to the current Route 998 and 999 services, and will operate: Every 8-15 minutes during peak periods Every 15 minutes during the day Every 15-30 minutes during the evening Services to Fremantle Station will depart: Curtin University Bus Station new Stand 9 (Stop 11698) Murdoch Station Stand 4 (Stop 23710) Passengers continuing through Fremantle Station will need to transfer to new Route 996 departing from Stand 9 (Stop 10436) Services to Curtin University Bus Station will depart: Fremantle Station Stand 7 (Stop 10434) Murdoch Station Stand 10 (Stop 23716) Passengers continuing through Curtin University Bus Station will need to transfer to new Route 998 departing from new Stand 1 (Stop 11248).
