Midland Station Car Park Changes Mon 20 Jan From Monday 20 January, the new Midland Station multi-storey car park will open. The current temporary parking at Midland Station will close on the same day. Passengers parking at Midland Station will have access to approximately 800 bays, including 20 ACROD bays and 13 motorcycle bays upon completion of the project. Due to ongoing construction requirements, level four (open-air deck) and ground floor outdoor bays will not be available for use at this time. Passenger pick up/drop off and short term parking bays will be located in the multi-storey car park until the new station is operational. Car park access is one way. Passengers can enter and exit from Victoria St (westbound only). Temporary pedestrian access to the station will be in place until the completion of the bus interchange. A map of the new Midland Station car park is available here. The easiest way to park is with SmartParker. Simply sign up for My Account and link your vehicle to your SmartRider. At the station, tag on at the SmartParker machine and continue on your journey. Parking is free with a valid SmartRider from 14 December to 5 February as part of our free summer travel initiative. From Thursday 6 February, a parking charge of $2 per day will apply to all vehicles. Parking is free on weekends and for ACROD permit holders. Visit the Parking page for further information.
