November Bus Service Changes

From Monday 20 November, the following routes will undergo time changes:

25, 34, 37, 38, 39, 72, 75, 100, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 210, 211, 212, 219, 220, 228, 229, 231, 232, 233, 240, 241, 243, 244, 245, 250, 251, 252, 253, 254, 279, 280, 282, 283, 285, 291, 506, 507, 508, 509, 515, 516, 517, 518, 519, 520, 523, 527, 530, 531, 536, 537, 930, 940, 998 and 999.

The following new routes will be added:
 

Route 36

Will operate between Cannington Station and Airport Central Station (T1 and T2) via Kewdale Rd.

Route 36 will operate Monday to Friday:

• • Every 24 min during peak periods
  • Every 60 min during the day.

Route 51

Will operate between Cannington Station and Perth Busport via Orrong Rd and the Graham Farmer Fwy.

Route 51 will operate as follows:

• • Every 10 min during peak periods
  • Every 15 min during the day
  • Every 30 min on weekends.

Route 221

Limited Stops route operating between Armadale Station and Perth Busport via Albany Hwy and Shepperton Rd.

Route 221 will operate as follows:

• • Every 5 min during peak periods
  • Every 10 min during the day
  • Every 15 min on weekends.

Route 230

Limited Stops peak period route operating between Thornlie Station and Perth Busport via Albany Hwy and Shepperton Rd.

Route 230 will operate Monday to Friday during peak periods only with buses every 15 min in the peak direction.

Route 930 will continue to provide service when Route 230 is not operating.

Route 272

Operating between Kalamunda Bus Station and Kalamunda Community Centre to replace extensions to the Route 283 service which will be withdrawn.

Route 272 will operate on a three-month trial on weekdays excluding public holidays. Service departure times more closely align to session times at Kalamunda Community Centre with two trips each way operating. The route requires consistent and well supported patronage to be retained.

Route 529

New route operating between Armadale Station and Cockburn Central Station via Armadale Rd.

Route 529 will operate as follows:

• • Every 10 min during peak periods
  • Every 15 min during the day
  • Every 30 min on weekends.

Route 907

Limited Stops route operating between Armadale Station and Perth City via Cannington Station.

Route 907 will operate as follows:

• • Every 3 to 7 min during peak periods
  • Every 10 min during the day
  • Every 10 min on weekends.

Route 908

Limited Stops route operating between Cannington Station and Victoria Park Train Station.

Route 908 will operate every 15 minutes to connect with the Armadale/Thornlie Line train service at Victoria Park Station.

The following routes will have additional trips:

Route 38

• Due to the temporary closure of Carlisle Station, a small number of weekday additional services will operate, including an additional early morning weekday trip from Cloverdale to Perth Busport.

Route 39

• Due to the temporary closure of Oats St and Carlisle Stations, additional services will operate throughout the week with trips now running:
  • Every 7 min in peak
  • Every 15 min during the day
  • Every 15 min on Saturday
  • Every 30 min on Sunday.

Route 100

• One additional early weekday morning trip will depart from Canning Bridge Station to Cannington Station via Curtin University.

Route 203

• One additional early weekday morning trip will operate short from Cannington Station via East Cannington returning to Cannington Station.

Route 204

• One additional early weekday morning trip will depart from Livingston Marketplace Shopping Centre to Maddington Station.

Route 205

• One additional early weekday morning trip will depart from Livingston Marketplace Shopping Centre to Maddington Station.

Route 206

• Additional short trips will operate throughout the week between Cannington Station and Thornlie Station. An earlier weekday trip will operate between Livingston Marketplace Shopping Centre and Thornlie Station.

Route 208

• One additional early weekday morning trip will depart from Murdoch Station to Cannington Station.

Route 211

• One additional early weekday morning trip will depart from Gosnells Station to Thornlie Station.

Route 212

• One additional early weekday morning trip will depart from Batman Rd/Warton Rd to Thornlie Station.

Route 220

• A small number of additional trips will operate on weekdays and Sundays.

Route 228

• One additional early weekday morning trip will depart from Gosnells Station to Thornlie Station via Maddington Station.

Route 229

• One additional early weekday morning trip will depart from Kenwick Rd/Stafford Rd to Maddington Central Shopping Centre via Maddington Station.

Route 231

• One additional early weekday morning trip will depart from Chamberlain St/Southern River Rd to Gosnells Station.

Route 232

• One additional early weekday morning trip will depart from Verna St/Corfield St to Gosnells Station.

Route 233

• One additional early weekday morning trip will depart from Nicholson Rd/Greywacke Ent to Gosnells Station.

Route 243

• One additional early weekday morning trip will depart from Seville Dr/Armadale Rd to Kelmscott Station.

Route 244

• One additional early weekday morning trip will depart from Seville Dr/Armadale Rd to Kelmscott Station.

Route 245

• One additional early weekday morning trip will depart from Seville Dr/Armadale Rd to Kelmscott Station.

Route 250

• One additional early weekday morning trip will depart from Armadale Station via Brookdale, returning to Armadale Station.

Route 254

• One additional early weekday morning trip will depart from the Byford Town Centre to Armadale Station.

Route 280

• One additional early weekday morning trip will depart from Hartfield Park to Cannington Station.

Route 507

• One additional early weekday morning trip will depart from Southlands Shopping Centre to Cannington Station.

Route 509

• One additional early weekday morning trip will depart from Bull Creek Station to Cannington Station.

Route 523

• Will operate with additional trips on weekday afternoons to improve frequency.

Route 530

• New weekday trips will be added from Lake Coogee to Fremantle to provide earlier connections to train and bus services, arriving Fremantle Station at 5.12am and 5.42am
• An additional Saturday trip from Fremantle Station will depart at 11.37pm.

Route 531

• One additional earlier short trip will operate on Saturdays from Lake Coogee to Cockburn Central Station

Route 930

• Additional services will operate throughout the week with trips now running:
  • Every 4 min in peak
  • Every 10 min during the day
  • Every 15 min on weekends.

The following routes will have trips withdrawn:

Route 520

• Weekday morning trips to Fremantle Station departing Hamilton Hill Hall at 5:40am and 6:40am will be withdrawn. Passengers can instead use Route 531.

Route 527

• The trips departing Cockburn Central Station at 8.29am on weekdays and Aubin Grove Station at 10.28pm on Saturdays will be withdrawn.

Route 940

• A small number of peak period trips will be withdrawn, lowering peak frequency to every 6 minutes.  

The following trips will undergo route changes:

Routes 30 and 31

• Routes 30 and 31 will undergo a permanent route change in the Perth CBD. Services will no longer operate along William St and will instead operate via Milligan St in the West End. Perth passengers can access the service from Perth Busport, Elizabeth Quay Bus Station, or new stops along Milligan St
• The following stops will no longer be used by Route 30:

To Perth Busport

• • 26769 (William St after Hay St)

From Perth Busport:

• • 25070 (William St before St Georges Tce)
• The following new stops will be used by Route 30:

To Perth Busport:

• • 28731 (Milligan St between Hay St and Murray St)

From Perth Busport:

• • 28732 (Milligan St between Hay St and Murray St).

Route 37 and 285

• As a result of the temporary closure of Oats St Station, routes 37 and 285 will undergo a route change temporarily extending to a new terminus in East Victoria Park on Albany Hwy near Oats St
• Services to Airport Central (T1 and T2) and Kewdale will now commence from Stop 11720 on Albany Hwy between Somerset St and Oats St

Routes 37 and 285 will also service the following additional stops:

• • 11281 (Oats St before Hubert St)
  • 28723 (Oats St at Carlisle TAFE Campus)
• Services from Airport Central will now extend to Stop 11720 on Albany Hwy between Somerset St and Oats St

Routes 37 and 285 will also service the following additional stops:

• • 13872 (Oats St after Bank St)
  • 13873 (Oats St before Swansea St).

Routes 34, 72, 100, 177, 206, 208, 507, 508 and 509

• Routes 34, 72, 100, 177, 206, 208, 507, 508 and 509 will undergo a minor route change to reflect the temporary relocation of Cannington Station
• The following stops will not be used by routes 34, 72, 100, 177, 206, 208, 507, 508 or 509 during the LXR closure:

To Cannington Station:

• • 13631 (Cecil Av before Sevenoaks St)

From Cannington Station:

• • 13632 (Cecil Av after Sevenoaks St).

Route 201

• Route 201 will undergo a minor route change to reflect the temporary relocation of Cannington Station.

Routes 202, 203, 229 and 280

• Routes 202, 203, 229 and 280 will undergo a minor route change to reflect the temporary relocation of Cannington Station
• The following stops will not be used by routes 202, 203, 229 or 280 during the LXR closure:

To Cannington Station:

• • 13631 (Cecil Av before Sevenoaks St)
  • 25993 (Jameson St after Gerard St)

From Cannington Station:

• • 13632 (Cecil Av after Sevenoaks St)
  • 25994 (Jameson St after Bent St).

Route 206

• In addition to temporary route changes, Route 206 to Cannington Station will undergo a permanent route change to operate via Albany Hwy and Cecil Av, no longer servicing Grose Av or Carousel Rd
• The following stops will no longer be serviced by Route 206:
  • 27814 (Grose Av before Carousel Rd)
  • 13628 (Carousel Rd before Cecil Av)
• The following new stops will be used by Route 206:
  • 10049 (Albany Hwy after Liege St)
  • 13629 (Cecil Av after Albany Hwy).

Routes 279, 281 and 283

• Routes 279, 281 and 283 will be affected by minor stop changes in Lesmurdie
• The following stops will be removed due to safety concerns:

To Maddington:

• • 13689 (Welshpool Rd before Gladys Rd).

Route 282 and 283

• Routes 282 and 283 from Perth will undergo a permanent route change in East Victoria Park, operating via Oats St instead of Somerset St.

• The following stops will not be used by routes 282 or 283:

From Elizabeth Quay Bus Station:

• • 14412 (Somerset St before Beatty Av)
• The following new stops will be used by routes 282 or 283:

From Elizabeth Quay Bus Station:

• • 28723 (Oats St adjacent to Carlisle TAFE Campus).

Route 531

• The weekday trip arriving at Cockburn Central Station at 8.30am will no longer deviate via Phoenix Shopping Centre due to poor patronage.
