Filming, collections and advertising on Transperth
The following provides guidelines for those people or groups seeking access to Public Transport Authority (PTA) property for filming, photography and marketing activities. Proof of public liability insurance must accompany all applications.
Filming and photography
Requests for access to Public Transport Authority property for filming and photography purposes (excluding news media) should be directed in writing to the following:

Applications may also be sent to the Public Transport Authority, Corporate Communications Officer via fax to (08) 9326 2755.
The Public Transport Authority requires four weeks notice before filming or photography will be allowed.
A commercial fee of $100 (+GST) per hour (to a maximum of $500 +GST per site per day) will apply should approval be granted to film or photograph on PTA property.
The above does not apply to members of the general public taking pictures for private purposes.
News media requests
All news media must contact the Media Coordinator on (08) 9326 2051 to request access to PTA property.
Requests to distribute promotional giveaways and samples should be directed to the APN Outdoor State Manager on (08) 9287 9500.
Charity collections
Requests to collect for charity on Public Transport Authority property should be directed in writing to the following:

Live performances
The PTA does not permit any live performance, promotional or otherwise, on PTA property.
Distribution of flyers and leaflets
The PTA does not allow the distribution of flyers or leaflets by third parties on PTA property. The PTA does not permit any of the above activities on scheduled services.
Advertising on Transperth buses
To advertise on the exterior of Transperth buses contact: APN Outdoor on (08) 9287 9500.
Transperth does not permit interior posters to be displayed on buses by third parties unless it is associated with APN Outdoor advertising.
