Event and ticket information 

Take Transperth to the 2023 WA Day Festival on Sunday 4 and Monday 5 June. 

WA Day Festival returns in 2023 with stacks of live entertainment, family fun, rides, food trucks, fireworks and drone light shows. Come and experience everything that makes our state such a great place to live. 

Stadium Station is just a short walk from the event, so catching the train will be your most convenient travel option and travel on all Transperth services is free across both days.

Trains
Stadium Station is just a short walk from the event, with trains operating frequently all day. 

Getting to the event

Stadium Station is your most convenient travel option to the event. 

To get to Stadium Station, catch an Armadale/Thornlie Line or Stadium Express train from Platform 4/5/6 at Perth Station, trains will be departing approximately every 5 minutes to get you to the event. 

Getting home

To Perth: Frequent trains travelling to Perth will depart Stadium Station approximately every 10-15 minutes until 11.00pm.

To Armadale/Thornlie: Frequent trains travelling to Armadale/Thornlie will depart Stadium Station approximately every 10-15 minutes until 11.00pm.

Buses

Timetabled bus services will operate on a Sunday/Public Holiday timetable across the Transperth network, with limited services after 7.00pm. After 7.00pm, please see our Getting home section above.

 

There will be no special event buses. 

 

Please note: Burswood Station carpark will be closed during the event on both Sunday 4 and Monday 5 June.
