Students with a Student SmartRider can travel for free on all bus, train and ferry services for any journey Monday - Friday, until the end of the school year.

Students must tag on and off each journey to receive the free travel. 

The 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership season runs from March until August. 

Games will be held at Optus Stadium and travel on all Transperth services is included to every AFL game at Optus Stadium for three hours before and after the event.

Additional services will be running, so be sure to plan your journey using the Transperth JourneyPlanner before you travel.

The new Byford Station is opening along with the remainder of the Armadale Line on Monday 13 October. 

We'll run you to and from the starting line for the Chevron City to Surf for Activ!  

Public transport is included in your event registration. Simply wear your event bib to travel on any Transperth service on the day.

Heading to RAC Arena to see Tyler, the Creator? Avoid the traffic and take Transperth instead.

Public transport is included in your event ticket and the Arena is only a short walk from Perth Station.

Important: Mandurah Line service will be disrupted in the evening of 4 September between Cockburn and Mandurah stations. Train replacement buses will be operating between Cockburn and Mandurah.

Heading to Optus Stadium to see Fremantle Dockers v Gold Coast Suns? 

Your ticket includes travel on all Transperth services for three hours before and after the event, and additional services will run to get you to and from Optus Stadium. 

Direct trains on the Yanchep and Mandurah lines, in addition to the Suburban Event Bus Network will operate to get you to and from the game. Direct trains on the Fremantle Line will also operate after the game to get you home.
