Transperth is the easy, simple way to attend many sporting fixtures, concerts and other events. Check the information below before planning your journey.

Gates open at 12.00pm

Your ticket to the festival includes travel on all Transperth services for three hours before, during and for three hours after the event, or until end of service. Simply show your ticket to the driver or inspector.

Keep in mind you must have your event ticket on you to travel for no extra cost. If you're planning on collecting your ticket at the venue, you will need to pay a normal fare to get there.

The following Transperth services will operate:

To event

To get to the event, catch the train to Joondalup Station on the Joondalup Line. Trains will leave Perth approximately every 15 minutes all day. HBF Arena is only a short walk from the station.

From event

After the event, the following services will depart Joondalup Station:

To Perth Departing Joondalup Station
Platform 1


To Butler Departing Joondalup Station
Platform 2


The last trains from Joondalup Station will be:

  • To Perth - 11.45pm*
  • To Butler - 12.41am. 

The last connecting trains will depart Perth Station/Perth Underground at the following times:

  • Armadale Line: Departing Perth Station, Platform 5 at 12.20am
  • Thornlie Line: Departing Perth Station, Platform 4 at 11.47pm*
  • Midland Line: Departing Perth Station, Platform 8 at 12.20am
  • Fremantle Line: Departing Perth Station, Platform 7 at 12.20am
  • Mandurah Line: Departing Perth Underground at 12.15am.

*Please note that this train will not connect with the last Thornlie Line service out of Perth. If you need to catch a connecting train out of Perth, you'll need to plan your journey.


Timetabled services will operate across the Transperth network. Please note, there will be no additional bus services at suburban stations for connections with the extra train services being provided.
