November Service Changes

From Sunday 1 November the Fremantle Line and the following bus routes will undergo service changes:
Routes 23, 24, 27, 28, 30, 34, 72, 73, 101, 103, 107, 111, 148, 158, 160, 222, 284, 500, 502, 503, 504, 505, 510, 514, 910, 915, 920, 960, 975, 980, 996, 997, 998, 999, and Blue, Green, Purple, Red and Yellow CATs.

To align with the re-opening of the Fremantle Traffic Bridge, changes have been made to the CircleRoute. More information on CircleRoute changes can be found here.
Weekdays to Perth
- Departing Fremantle 7:38, operating all stops to Perth, will now revert to commencing from Claremont instead (departing 7:53).
- Departing Fremantle 8:02, operating all stops to Perth, will now revert to commencing from Claremont instead (departing 8:17).
Weekdays from Perth
- Departing Perth 16:51, operating all stops to Fremantle, will now revert to terminating at Claremont instead.
- Departing Perth 17:15, operating all stops to Fremantle, will now revert to terminating at Claremont instead.
Routes 23, 24, 27 and 28 and Blue, Green, Purple, Red and Yellow CATs
- Will undergo time changes.
Route 30
- Will depart from new Stand 6 (Stop 29858) from Curtin University Bus Station to Elizabeth Quay Bus Station and Perth Busport.
Route 34
- Will depart from new Stand 5 (Stop 29857) from Curtin University Bus Station to Elizabeth Quay Bus Station and Perth Busport
- Will depart from new Stand 6 (Stop 29858) to Cannington Station.
Routes 72 and 73
- Will depart from new Stand 8 (Stop 11697) from Curtin University Bus Station to Cannington Station
- Will depart from new Stand 3 (Stop 11701) from Curtin University Bus Station to Elizabeth Quay Bus Station.
Route 101
- Will undergo time changes
- Will depart from new Stand 6 (Stop 29858) from Curtin University Bus Station to Canning Bridge Station
- Will depart from new Stand 11 (Stop 28016) from Curtin University Bus Station to Curtin Central Bus Station.
Route 103
- Will undergo time changes
- The weekday trips departing Claremont Station at 6.05pm and Elizabeth Quay Bus Station at 8.55am will be withdrawn due to low patronage.
Route 107
- Will undergo route and time changes following the completion of the Fremantle Traffic Bridge
- Will now depart from Stop 10437 (Fremantle Station Stand 10)
- The additional weekday trips departing Claremont Station at 6.40am and 7.54am and Fremantle Station at 3.03pm will be withdrawn following the completion of the Fremantle Traffic Bridge.
- Bus Stop 29647 on Stirling Highway near Harvest Road will no longer be served. Route 107 will instead operate on Queen Victoria Street and along the new Fremantle Traffic Bridge in both directions, serving all stops that were served prior to the Bridge closure.
Route 111
- Will undergo time changes
- Will no longer service Stop 16906 (Hay St and Plain St CAT ID 81) and Stop 16907 (Hay St Carlton CAT ID 82)
- Will now service Stop 28765 (Hay St Queens Gardens CAT ID 143).
Route 148
- Will undergo time changes.
Route 158
- Will undergo time changes
- Weekday trips departing Elizabeth Quay Bus Station at 7.11am and 7.26am will be merged into a single trip departing at 7.20am.
Route 160
- Will return to its previous route before the Fremantle Traffic Bridge closure via High St in Fremantle
- Will no longer service stops on Ord St or Queen Victoria St. Passengers should instead use stops on High St
- Will no longer service Stop 16906 (Hay St and Plain St CAT ID 81) and Stop 16907 (Hay St Carlton CAT ID 82)
- Will now service Stop 28765 (Hay St Queens Gardens CAT ID 143).
Route 222
- Will depart from new Stand 4 (Stop 11700) from Curtin University Bus Station to Cannington Station.
Route 284
- Will depart from new Stand 11 (Stop 28016) from Curtin University Bus Station to Belmont Forum Shopping Centre.
Route 500
- Will undergo time changes.
- The first trip to Bull Creek Station will operate 20 minutes earlier on weekdays, arriving at Bull Creek Station at 6.25am.
- An additional trip will operate to Bull Creek Station in the morning peak period to increase service frequency to every 30 minutes
- The trip departing Booragoon Bus Station at 9.48am on weekdays will be withdrawn.
Routes 502, 503 and 504
- Will undergo time changes.
Route 505
- Will undergo time changes
- An additional trip will operate in the afternoon to improve frequency for peak commuters and timing for students at Rossmoyne Senior High School.
- The new trip will depart Bull Creek Station at 3.18pm and depart every 20 minutes between 3.18pm and 5.58pm.
Route 510
- Will undergo time changes
- Additional services will operate every 15-20 minutes in peak periods on weekdays
- The first trip on weekdays will now depart Murdoch Station at 6.04am. Passengers travelling before 6am can catch buses to Fiona Stanley Hospital from Stands 4 or 5 at Murdoch Station.
- Fewer services will operate at night, providing hourly frequency towards Murdoch Station.
Route 514
- Will undergo time changes.
- Services will operate more frequently and arrive at Murdoch Station every 15 minutes between 6.57am and 8.12am
- Services will operate more frequently in afternoon peak period departing Murdoch Station every 15 minutes between 3.46pm and 6.16pm.
- The weekday trips departing Murdoch at 7.26am and 7.36am will be combined into one trip departing at 7.31am
Route 910
- Will undergo time changes.
- Fewer services will operate in the early morning on weekdays.
Route 915
- Will undergo time changes
- Fewer short trips will operate in the morning peak period from Booragoon Bus Station to Fremantle Station.
Route 920
- Will undergo time changes
- Will depart from new Stand 4 (Stop 11700) from Curtin University Bus Station to Canning Bridge Station
- Will depart from new Stand 7 (Stop 11696) from Curtin University Bus Station to Cannington Station.
Route 960
- Will depart from new Stand 2 (Stop 11702) from Curtin University Bus Station to Mirrabooka Station.
Routes 975 and 980
- Will undergo time changes.
The CircleRoute will be split into four separate bus routes to align with the opening of the new Fremantle Traffic Bridge. The four new bus routes will improve network performance, providing a more efficient service for passengers, including better connection times at Stirling Station and Murdoch Station.

Routes 998 and 999 (existing CircleRoute)
- Will be withdrawn and replaced with new Routes 996, 997, 998 and 999 to improve reliability and minimise late running following customer feedback.
New Route 996
- Will operate between Fremantle Station and Stirling Station via Claremont Station, University of WA, QEII Medical Centre and Shenton Park Station
- Will operate the same route and serve the same destinations as the route 998 and 999 bus services did between Fremantle Station and Stirling Station, prior to the closure of the Fremantle Traffic Bridge.
- Bus Stops 29647 and 29648 on Stirling Highway near Harvest Road will no longer be served. New Route 996 will instead operate on Queen Victoria Street and along the new Fremantle Traffic Bridge in both directions, serving all stops that were served by the current 998 and 999 prior to the Bridge closure.
- Passengers travelling through Stirling Station will need to change buses to continue their journey
- Will undergo time changes compared to current Route 998 and 999 services.
New Route 997
- Will operate between Stirling Station and Galleria Bus Station via Dianella Plaza Shopping Centre
- Will operate the same route and serve the same destinations as the current routes 998 and 999 between Stirling Station and Galleria Bus Station
- Passengers travelling through Stirling Station will need to change buses to continue their journey
- Will undergo time changes compared to current Route 998 and 999 services.
New Route 998
- Will operate between Galleria Bus Station and Curtin University Bus Station via Bayswater Station, Belmont Forum Shopping Centre and Oats Street Station
- Will operate the same route and serve the same destinations as the current routes 998 and 999 between Galleria Bus Station and Curtin University Bus Station
- Passengers travelling through Curtin University Bus Station will need to change buses to continue their journey
- Will undergo time changes compared to current Route 998 and 999 services.
New Route 999
- Will operate between Fremantle and Curtin University Bus Station via Murdoch University, Murdoch Station and Southlands Boulevard Shopping Centre
- Will operate the same route and serve the same destinations as the current routes 998 and 999 between Fremantle Station and Curtin University Bus Station
- Passengers travelling through Curtin University Bus Station will need to change buses to continue their journey
- Will undergo time changes compared to current Route 998 and 999 services.
