Stirling Station Accessibility Alert

Thu 23 Jun

The vertical gap between the platform and train at Stirling Station (Platform 1) has increased, meaning some carriages are less accessible for people with a disability.

We are currently investigating the cause of this issue and are working to rectify it as soon as possible.

The height difference is greater on carriages at the platform ends, so Transperth recommends using the middle of the train where possible and to take extra care when entering or exiting trains at the station.

If you require special assistance, please call 1800 800 022 at least one hour before you travel.

For further assistance or to plan your journey call the InfoLine on 13 62 13 (TIS: 13 14 50). Hearing or speech impaired? Call via NRS 133 677 and ask for 13 62 13.
