You can submit a request to delete your account by either:
Deleting your account will permanently remove your information from the Transperth app and website and will disable any email alerts you are subscribed to. You will also no longer be able to access AutoLoad or Bike Shelters. Please note that this process does not remove SmartRider registration information or transaction history data, and any SmartRider cards attached to this account will continue to be active.
Once your account has been deleted you will need to create a new account to manage your SmartRider card or reactivate any of the features listed above.
