If you choose to continue your journey you will need to purchase another ticket, if you are using your SmartRider and contactless payment method it will automatically calculate the appropriate fare

Go Anywhere

You can travel anywhere on the Transperth network within three hours with the Go Anywhere fare.

If you are travelling using a SmartRider or contactless payments, your fare will be automatically capped at the Go Anywhere fare.

If you purchase a cash ticket, just select the Go Anywhere fare option to get 3 hours system-wide travel from the time of your ticket purchase on any Transperth service.

DayRider

A ticket that gives you unlimited travel on the day you buy it.

The DayRider is available for purchase all day everyday.

SmartRider and contactless payments passengers will automatically have their fare capped at the DayRider rate.

FamilyRider

A cash ticket that gives a group of up to seven people unlimited travel on the day of purchase, provided no more than two of them normally pay full fare. You may buy one at the following times.

Free travel is available on all Transperth bus, train and ferry trips from first service until last service.

Cash Handling Onboard Bus Services

Bus drivers are not handling cash onboard Transperth bus services. As a result, no change will be given if you pay with cash onboard a Transperth bus. If you must pay with cash, then please pay with the exact money.

We strongly recommend if you use cash to buy a fare you consider purchasing a SmartRider card. If you currently add value to your SmartRider onboard a bus, we ask that you use alternative methods of adding value, such as Autoload.

For more information on SmartRider please visit Types of SmartRider.

To find out how much your fare will be please plan your journey here Transperth JourneyPlanner or visit Transperth fares.
