Got a big event coming up?

Transperth is an easy way to attend many sporting fixtures, concerts and other events. Check the information below before planning your journey.

Calcio Italiano

Wed 05 Aug - Tue 11 Aug

Kick into Calcio Italiano with Transperth travel included in your match ticket for three hours before and after the match.

Keep in mind, you must have your ticket on you to travel for no extra cost. If you’re planning on collecting your ticket at the venue, you will need to pay a normal fare to get there.

To ensure a smooth entry into the game, download your ticket to your phone wallet so it's ready to scan at the turnstiles.

Plan your journey using the Transperth JourneyPlanner before you travel.

Travelling from Perth CBD?

For each match at Optus Stadium, Red CAT services will extend to Matagarup Bridge - the pedestrian bridge to Optus Stadium. Services will be extended from approximately two hours before the event, continuing until one hour after the event, including during the match.

Additional Red CAT services will also run, providing a convenient travel option for passengers to and from the city.

Included travel for events

Some event organisers and venues include Transperth travel to and from the event in their ticket price. In some cases, event organisers may also arrange for us to provide additional bus or train services for people attending the event.

If you are going to an event, please check the travel options and plan your journey in advance to avoid inconvenience on the day. If your event is joint ticketed, you are entitled to travel on any Transperth service for three hours before, during and three hours after the event, or until end of service, whichever occurs first.

Please note paid parking has been extended to include all parking bays at Transperth train stations. This means when you park at a Transperth train station it will cost you $2 a day, or for any part of, between 5am and 9pm on weekdays. If your event is joint ticketed and you plan to park at a train station, you will need to use the Pay 'n' Display option to pay for parking. See Paid Parking for more information.
