Big Bash League 2025/26

Travel the perfect line and length with Transperth! Your ticket to the Perth Scorchers includes travel on all Transperth services for three hours either side of each days play.

Additional services will be running to get you to and from BBL matches.

Transperth services may vary across the five days, it is important to plan your journey for each day you are attending the BBL.

New Year's Eve Services 2025-26

Heading into the city to celebrate New Year's Eve? Avoid traffic by taking Transperth instead.

Buses and trains will be operating all night to make sure you get to the fireworks on time and home safely, with free travel in place from midnight until 6.00am on 1 January 2026. There will be road closures in place across Perth CBD that may affect your journey.

2026 AusCycling Road National Championships

Are you heading to the 2026 AusCyling Road National Championships? The five-day event is taking place from Wednesday 7 - Sunday 11 January across Perth HPC, Bold Park, Kings Park, Northbridge and Perth CBD. 

To travel on any Transperth service, you need to purchase a ticket. Please refer to Tickets and Fares for more information.

Important InformationTo ensure public safety there will be road closures and restricted access areas in place across the courses. Please visit the event organiser's website which outlines the key road closure locations and timings per day that closures will be in place to facilitate the event.

Included travel for events

Some event organisers and venues include Transperth travel to and from the event in their ticket price. In some cases, event organisers may also arrange for us to provide additional bus or train services for people attending the event.

If you are going to an event, please check the travel options and plan your journey in advance to avoid inconvenience on the day. If your event is joint ticketed, you are entitled to travel on any Transperth service for three hours before, during and three hours after the event, or until end of service, whichever occurs first.

Please note paid parking has been extended to include all parking bays at Transperth train stations. This means when you park at a Transperth train station it will cost you $2 a day, or for any part of, between 5am and 9pm on weekdays. If your event is joint ticketed and you plan to park at a train station, you will need to use the Pay 'n' Display option to pay for parking. See Paid Parking for more information.
