Heading to Fremantle Park Esplande for Ocean Alley

Travel is included in your event ticket for three hours before, during and after the event, or until last service, whichever occures first. Simply show your ticket to the driver or inspector.

Keep in mind you must have your event ticket on you to travel for no extra cost. If you're planning on collecting your ticket at the venue, you will need to pay a normal fare to get there.

The following services will operate:

To event

To get to the event, catch the train to Fremantle Station on the Fremantle Line. Trains will leave Perth approximately every 15 minutes between 12pm and 9.47pm, and Fremantle Esplande Park is within walking distance from the station.

From event


After the event, services on the Fremantle Line will depart from Fremantle to Perth every 10 minutes from 10.08pm until 11.38pm and then every 30 minutes until 1.08am. 

The last train from Fremantle Station will be:

  • To Perth: 2.50am.

The last trains will depart Perth Station/Perth Underground at the following times:

  • Yanchep Line: Departing Perth Station, Platform 1 at 2.15am*
  • Midland Line: Departing Perth Station, Platform 8/9 at 2.15am*
  • Ellenbrook Line: Departing Perth Station, Platform 9 at 1.30am*
  • Airport Line: Departing Perth Station, Platform 8 at 1.50am*
  • Mandurah Line: Departing Perth Underground, Platform 2 at 1.15am*
  • Armadale Line: Departing Perth Station, Platform 4 at 2.15am*
  • Thornlie-Cockburn Line: Departing Perth Station, Platform 5 at 1.41am*

*Please note that this train will not connect with the last train from Fremantle Station. If you need to catch a connecting train at Perth Station, you'll need to catch an earlier train. Don't forget to use the JourneyPlanner before you travel.

Buses
Timetabled services will operate across the Transperth network. Please note, there will be no additional bus services at suburban stations for connections with the extra train services being provided.

Included travel for events

Some event organisers and venues include Transperth travel to and from the event in their ticket price. In some cases, event organisers may also arrange for us to provide additional bus or train services for people attending the event.

If you are going to an event, please check the travel options and plan your journey in advance to avoid inconvenience on the day. If your event is joint ticketed, you are entitled to travel on any Transperth service for three hours before, during and three hours after the event, or until end of service, whichever occurs first.

Please note paid parking has been extended to include all parking bays at Transperth train stations. This means when you park at a Transperth train station it will cost you $2 a day, or for any part of, between 5am and 9pm on weekdays. If your event is joint ticketed and you plan to park at a train station, you will need to use the Pay 'n' Display option to pay for parking. See Paid Parking for more information.
