2026 AusCycling Road National Championships Wed 07 Jan - Sun 11 Jan Perth HPC, Bold Park, Kings Park, Northbridge and Perth CBD Event information Take Transperth to the 2026 AusCycling Road National Championship, the sporting event that brings Australia's top cyclists and para-cyclists together to compete for the coveted green and gold national championships jersey here in Perth. The championship event consists of different events on different days across Perth. Important Information: To ensure public safety there will be road closures and restricted access areas in place across the courses. Please visit the event organiser's website which outlines the key road closure locations and timing per day that closures will be in place to facilitate the event. If you are travelling to the event on Sunday, you can make use of Travel Free Sunday with a valid SmartRider or contactless payments to get you to and from the event. Travelling to and from the event Please note, no bikes, manual or powered, are allowed on board a bus, including train replacement buses unless: It is folded, and placed in an appropriately designed, fit for purpose carry bag* When folded the maximum dimensions are no more than 120cm x 68cm x 40cm. Saturday 10 January Bus service disruptions to facilitate road closures will be in place from first service until 6.00pm on Routes 24, 27, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 72, 73, 160, 176, 177, 178, 270, 910, 930, 935, 940, 950, 980, 995, Blue and Purple CAT. Sunday 11 January Armadale Line: Will be disrupted all day between Perth and Perth Stadium. Train replacement buses will be operating between Perth and Burswood stations. Thornile-Cockburn Line: Will be disrupted all day between Perth and Beckenham. Train replacement buses will be operating between Perth and Beckenham stations. Thornile-Cockburn passengers are encouraged to travel via the Mandurah Line. Airport, Ellenbrook and Midland lines: Will be disrupted all day between Perth and High Wycombe, Ellenbrook and Midland. Train replacement buses will be operating. Fremantle and Airport line: Train services will have a platform change. Trains will operate from Perth Underground from Platforms 1 and 2.
