Heading to Optus Stadium to see Australia v Japan? Your match ticket includes travel on all Transperth services for three hours before and after the event. Simply show your event ticket to the driver or inspector if asked.
Keep in mind you must have your match ticket on you to travel for no extra cost. If you're planning on collecting your ticket at the venue, you will need to pay a normal fare to get there.
Important: Direct trains and the Suburban Event Bus Network will not operate before the match due to the clash with afternoon peak. Instead, catch a timetabled service to Perth, then transfer to an Armadale Line train service to Perth Stadium Station. Alternatively, you can also catch the Red CAT to Matagarup Bridge via West Perth and Perth CBD.
To get you home, the Suburban Event Bus Network will come into operation for 45 minutes after the match, in addition to direct trains on the Yanchep and Fremantle lines.
Important: Following the opening of the Ellenbrook Line, direct trains on the Fremantle Line to Optus Stadium will no longer be running before games.

Train System Map
Armadale Line trains stopping at Perth Stadium Station will depart Perth Station frequently throughout the day, with direct trains departing Perth Station from 4.34pm.
- Airport Line

To: Take a train to East Perth Station and walk under the Windan Bridge underpass. See a map of the walking route here. Alternatively, take an Airport Line train to Perth Station and change to a Stadium shuttle on the Armadale Line. Airport Line services will not stop at Claisebrook and McIver stations between approximately 4.43pm and 6.57pm. Services will operate express from East Perth Station to Perth Station during this time.
From: Walk under the Windan Bridge underpass to East Perth Station, or take a train to Perth from the Eastern Concourse. Airport Line services between Perth and Claremont stations will be cancelled between approximately 7.42pm and 9.32pm. During this time passengers will need to transfer to the Fremantle Line. Airport Line services between Perth and Bayswater stations will be cancelled between approximately 8.12pm and 10.57pm. Take a Midland or Ellenbrook line train from Perth or East Perth stations and transfer at Bayswater Station for the Airport Line during this time.

To: Following the opening of the Ellenbrook Line, direct trains from Fremantle to Perth Stadium Station will not be operating before this event and for subsequent events at Optus Stadium. Take a timetabled train to Perth and transfer to a train to Perth Stadium Station.
From: Trains depart from Platform 3 via the Western Concourse and travel express to City West then all stops to Fremantle for approximately 60 minutes after the game. If you're leaving early, or after this time, you will need to take a train to Perth from the Eastern Concourse and transfer to the Fremantle Line.

To: Direct trains from Yanchep Station to Perth Stadium Station will be not be operating before the event. Take a timetabled train to Perth Underground and transfer to a train to Perth Stadium Station.
From: Trains depart from Platform 4 via the Western Concourse and travel express to Leederville Station, then all stops to Clarkson or Yanchep stations for approximately 60 minutes after the game. If you're leaving early, or after this time, you will need to take a train to Perth from the Eastern Concourse and transfer to the Yanchep Line.
