Your AFC Women's Asian Cup match ticket includes travel on all Transperth services for three hours before and after each day’s play. Simply show your event ticket to the driver or inspector if asked.

Keep in mind you must have your event ticket on you to travel for no extra cost. If you’re collecting your ticket at the venue, you’ll need to pay a normal fare to get there.

Transperth services may vary across the different Women's Asian Cup matches, it is important to plan your journey for each day you are attending. Additional services will be running to get you to and from each match.

If you're driving to one of our stations, parking is free on weekends, if your event is on a weekday you will still need to pay for parking. For more information, click here.

Travel by Train | Train System Map

To Perth Stadium

Trains to Perth Stadium Station will depart Perth approximately every 4-8 minutes between 3.56pm and 6.18pm.  

Trains on the Armadale Line, departing from Byford Station, and Thornlie-Cockburn Line, departing Cockburn Central will stop at Perth Stadium Station.

Plan your journey and allow extra time as services will be busy.

Passengers travelling to the match are encouraged to board the first train to Perth Stadium instead of waiting for a special service train.

From Perth Stadium
All trains to Perth Station will depart from Platform 2 on the Eastern Concourse. Direct Yanchep and Mandurah Line services will also be operating. If your service is not on a direct line, travel to Perth Station, then transfer to the Airport, Ellenbrook, Fremantle or Midland lines. Trains will operate frequently from approximately 8.10pm to get you home. The last train departs Perth Stadium Station at approximately 12.24am.

Trains on the Armadale Line toward Byford Station and Thornlie-Cockburn Line towards Cockburn Central will depart from Platform 6 on the Eastern Concourse.

Trains to Yanchep and Clarkson will depart from Platform 4 on the Western Concourse.

Trains to Mandurah via Cockburn Central will depart from Platform 5 Eastern Concourse.

 

Travel by Bus

To Perth Stadium

The Suburban Event Bus Network will not be operating before the match, as this period overlaps with the weekday peak period timetable when our buses are already in full operation across the network.

Passengers will need to catch a timetabled bus or train to the event. Alternatively, you can catch the Red CAT and walk over the Matagarup Bridge.

From Perth Stadium
The Suburban Event Bus Network will be operating for 45 minutes after the match. Alternatively, you can walk over the Matagarup Bridge and catch the Red CAT.

View your Stadium Station Bus Stand number prior to travelling to Perth Stadium.

If you are travelling outside this time, you will need to catch an alternate service.

Included travel for events

Some event organisers and venues include Transperth travel to and from the event in their ticket price. In some cases, event organisers may also arrange for us to provide additional bus or train services for people attending the event.

If you are going to an event, please check the travel options and plan your journey in advance to avoid inconvenience on the day. If your event is joint ticketed, you are entitled to travel on any Transperth service for three hours before, during and three hours after the event, or until end of service, whichever occurs first.

Please note paid parking has been extended to include all parking bays at Transperth train stations. This means when you park at a Transperth train station it will cost you $2 a day, or for any part of, between 5am and 9pm on weekdays. If your event is joint ticketed and you plan to park at a train station, you will need to use the Pay 'n' Display option to pay for parking. See Paid Parking for more information.
