Event and ticket information 

Heading to Optus Stadium to watch the Sullivan Logistics WAFL Grand Final? Your footy ticket includes travel on all Transperth services. 

The Suburban Event Bus Network will not operate before or after the match.

Getting to and from Optus Stadium:

Travel by Train

To Optus Stadium 
Direct trains on the Mandurah and Yanchep lines will operate to Perth Stadium Station for the League Match. Trains between Perth and Perth Stadium Station will operate frequently throughout the day. 

Trains on the Armadale Line, departing from Byford Station, and Thornlie-Cockburn Line, departing from Cockburn Central Station, stop at Perth Stadium Station. 

From Optus Stadium 
All trains to Perth Station will depart from Platform 2 on the Eastern Concourse. Direct Mandurah and Yanchep Line services will be operating after the League Match. Alternatively, take the train to Perth, then transfer to another line. 

Trains on the Armadale Line toward Byford Station and Thornlie-Cockburn Line towards Cockburn Central Station will depart from Platform 6 on the Eastern Concourse. 

Travel by Bus

The Red CAT will operate approximately every 10 minutes from 9.00am until 8.00pm between West Perth and Matagarup Bridge via Perth CBD.

Included travel for events

Some event organisers and venues include Transperth travel to and from the event in their ticket price. In some cases, event organisers may also arrange for us to provide additional bus or train services for people attending the event.

If you are going to an event, please check the travel options and plan your journey in advance to avoid inconvenience on the day. If your event is joint ticketed, you are entitled to travel on any Transperth service for three hours before, during and three hours after the event, or until end of service, whichever occurs first.

Please note paid parking has been extended to include all parking bays at Transperth train stations. This means when you park at a Transperth train station it will cost you $2 a day, or for any part of, between 5am and 9pm on weekdays. If your event is joint ticketed and you plan to park at a train station, you will need to use the Pay 'n' Display option to pay for parking. See Paid Parking for more information.
