Lost on trains

To claim property lost on trains, telephone the Lost Property Line on 9326 2660. If your property has been handed in, it will be recorded in a registry and you will be informed of where to collect it. You need to collect it in person with the appropriate identification.

Once the property has been identified, you will be required to sign a receipt slip which will be countersigned by a Transperth staff member.

Lost on buses and ferries

Each bus and ferry contractor coordinates the management of property found on their services. Accordingly you need to contact the bus contractor or the ferry operator of the service you travelled on. For details of your service provider please refer to your timetable.

Lost on bus platforms

If you have lost property on the bus platform, please call the Public Transport Authority CommentLine on 13 16 08.
